Your first visit is a one-hour, in-depth consultation focused on understanding your goals, reviewing your history, labs that you provide, and creating a highly personalized plan tailored specifically to you.  This visit is intentional, thorough, and focused-no rushed appointments, no unnecessary testing, and no one-size-fits-all recommendations. 

Patients who have previously been under my care in another clinical setting, Prevent & Sustain Medicine offers the option to continue care in a private, fee-for-service practice.  

Select services including IV therapy are available without an established patient relationship.  A one-time medical screening is required prior to therapy to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate.  Screening includes review of medical history, medications, vital signs, and recent labs.  Pricing for therapy is based on the specific service you wish to receive. 

Must be established with Prevent & Sustain Medicine and have had an initial consultation with the provider. 

Requires consultation and appropriate follow-up appointments/labs.  Pellet pricing is flat-rate and includes the pellet medication and insertion procedure, regardless of the number of pellets required.  Follow-up visits related to pellet therapy are billed separately.
